Granito Wins Peace & Reconciliation Prize!

We're very pleased to tell you that at the Geneva Human Rights Film Festival, "Granito" was awarded the Barbara Hendricks Foundation Peace & Reconciliation Prize in Honor of Sergio Vieira de Mello. It's a great honor to receive this prize. Barbara Hendricks, a lifelong defender of human rights, started her Foundation for Peace and Reconciliation in 1998, and she created the prize as an homage to the memory of one of the great humanitarian workers of our time, Sergio Vieira de Mello, who was killed in a bombing in Iraq when he was head of the UN mission there in 2003.

Only 10 days to go in our Oscar campaign, and we're over 70% to completion, but we need everyone to rally for the final push! Here's the link if you want it to forward it to a friend: http://kck.st/fWIdaR
